- We currently ship within India only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In rare cases of stock or operational issues, dispatch may be delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier partner operations
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- Any additional charges, such as COD fees (if applicable), will also be mentioned at checkout.
5. COURIER PARTNERS
- Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If the delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailability of the customer
- Refusal to accept the order
the order may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer, or
- The order may be cancelled and refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
- COD orders may be verified before dispatch.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to:

- Order cancellation without prior notice
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
- apparelsby Sarika is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide appropriate resolution as per their policies.
10. DAMAGED PACKAGES AT DELIVERY
- If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:
- Refuse delivery, or return
- Record an unboxing video immediately upon receipt
Damage claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
- Delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Any person available at the delivery address may receive the package on behalf of the customer.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.
